1. Introduction

When the UN presented the Sustainable Development Goals in 2015, we were given a comprehensive plan for building a more sustainable world. It is important to understand how we as individuals, organizations and societies can become more effective in the work towards sustainability. This is why we are developing the Inner Development Goals - a framework of the human capabilities, qualities and transformative skills that are needed to successfully build a better world. We need your thoughts, insights and methods in this effort.

In this survey we ask you about biographical details, views on sustainability, development activities and organisational support. Depending on how much information you want to share, filling in the survey takes 15 to 30 minutes.

This survey is aimed at three different groups:
- individuals and leaders that are interested in their own development
- organisational representatives that want to support the development of their employees
- trainers or researchers with expertise in activities for personal development

You can take the survey more than once if you want to contribute from more than one perspective.

If you want to, you can read this description about the IDG framework and the 23 skills that we have identified so far. If you want more information about the background and purpose of this initiative as well as about data handling (GDPR) please click this link. All data gathered from this survey will be anonymous (no IP addresses will be registered) and the data and results will be made available for everyone.

Thank you for participating!
